@kolotripidis well you should know that nowadays they have lost artists in AlegriA because they are now in other Cirque Du Soleil productions or just quit.

@kolotripidis I gave that movie one star and I like KA a little better than AlegriA I mostly like AlegriA because of it's music. Have you seen KA? It's really dramatic. It has battle scenes,martial arts,and the stage design is just hi-tech!

@kolotripidis you obviously do not understand a single thing. The "trampoline" act is called Power Track and the other is called FIRE FNIFE DANCE. And the storm act actually meant something. AlegriA also means life goes on and that clown act represnted thousands of years going by. AND THE SO CALLED CONFETTI WAS MEANT TO BE USED AS SNOW HENCE THE ACT NAME BLIZZARD OR STORM

When I first saw it (mid-90s), it was a much longer act (MUCH longer) with a rather older strongman and it fit well in Alegria, actually. Dupuis' version did not fit as well, I think.

Cirque Du Soleil has always been elegant by my experience.. this doesnt fit in in my opinion. But thats just me.. and Guy.

@calum6371The strong man act was always associated with the circus, just like clowns who are not especially glamorous... I was told the act was removed because no one would do this kind of act in a circus setting anymore (as opposed to competitions etc..) I assumed the artist had retired.

@calum6371 Why not? The form it's presented here is very romantic, and... it's supposed to be an ode to the baroque and the strong of youth (somehow to the "old" circus), and it was common to show in circuses people with strange and amazing abbilities, so it kinda matches to me =/

@xkyousukex Because Cirque is a new bread of circus, which is more graceful than simply lifting stuff and screaming. Don't get me wrong, he's amazing, but I just don't think it works well as an act in this show
