Lovely! Yes, even a colonist ('mericun) like me is a Mr. Bean fan; I have the series on DVD. That's what makes this spot so scary--Mr. Bean is so likable that people are less apt to recognize the subtle erosion of liberty and intrusion into private lives. I'm amazed that the spot didn't ban crying babies while they were at it, though.
