  • @raxiboy2050 If you're fat and start training you'll loose fat AND THE WEIGHT THAT IT HAS... If after burning it you want to gain weight you'll have to think of bulking up.

    No, no, a million times no. No exercise should make you hurt. Sure, it should make you get out of your comfort zone but it should never hurt. Continuing to exercising when you are hurt could result in serious injury. Bad call by the coach.

  • Hey,im looking to loose some extra weight I have on me. I weigh 155 pounds,im 5'9, and am in 8th grade, Im a very good athlete. I play basketball but am looking for an exercise or drills to pop off some of that extra fat I have.. any tips or comments from anyone id appreciate.

  • This video is a complete load of tripe. No offense to the younger guy but his technique is awful. The coach, if thats what he is should be correcting it. Getting your knees up to your chest is a load of nonsense as well. Unless of course you plan to run with your knees touching your chest. It should be mimicking the ideal running style and I doubt very much that knees touching your chest is the most efficient of them.

  • hey guys, this doesn't help much in running... high knees are usually what sprinters run and butt kickers... well that's just a warm up, pretty much to get that blood pumping... if you guys need help with running tips I'll be more that glad to help you guys. I'm a middle distance (md) runner during track but run XC during the fall. Current athlete at UCLA so just message me... I got a PR of 1:52 on my 800m that's my specialty.

  • I think high intensity plyometrics are a lot more effective than doing a bunch of drills.

  • The Power Skip is done incorrectly. The exercise is intended to be one of reciprocal action (opposite arm/opposite leg) in the drive phase. Driving the same leg and same arm is a "homologus" movement pattern and is incorrect in terms of its' functionality.
