That is one beautiful job. You look very healthy now , wait till you start gasping some air to breath from your lungs. Portland cement contains Hexavalent chemical, burns your skins , gives you painfull chemical skin burns and causes cement dermatitis. The worse part is CANCER, yes sir. Cancer of the lung. If you are doing this for the first time .. Stop or make you a fine wood stamped coffin. Wear a dust mask it's cheap. Good luck and take my advice. I am a Doctor at Portland cement .

Nice work guys, remember as I tell my guys, Plastic and tape are your friends, Walmart sells a low psi electric pressure washer , great for removing powder release. Please wear a mask when using release and acid. nice work

Thanks, yes they put saw cuts in it. They follow the board lines so you cant see them.

A pressure washer blows the release powder into the next yard. Have you ever had to clean the neighbors patio/house? A low pressure garden blows enough dust around.

I've stamped driveways. I've ripped out stamped driveways I've stamped. :) (poor concrete service=hot mud=crappy stamp job) Go rake hot concrete in the sun on a 90+ degree day and still make it look good. Been there. Done that.

in 20 years ive never seen anyone broom and brush stamped concrete you should of used the pressure washer @ 7:24, stamping wood plank harder is almost needed to make it look as flat as possible and to make a good impression slate or rock etc etc can be stamped a little looser

You are right. They stamped so hard it has hair lines cracks in a couple spots. Mine was part of them learning so they didnt charge me for it.
