Feels weird that I was given this game in 2003 and I never opened it until now. I never cared to know what it was about because I was all into Counter-strike, diablo 2, and warcraft 3. I've been playing Skyrim for 50+ hours and would like to go through all the elder scrolls games. They seem pretty interesting.

@catman1233 I know, but the Assassin's Creed engine as well as the Source engine were both made at the time to look as good as possible, and Morrowind's one is just to play nicely. You have to remember that Assassin's Creed and Half Life are different games to Morrowind. (Morrowind having a map you can go wherever you want in, Half Life having a map that is small, and once you get to the end another loads in)

@NikoBellicSerbia30 If you think on the map Morrowind is to the east of Skyrim and the Morrowind gameplay is 200 years before the Skyrim gameplay in lore. I havent watched too much of Morrowind so I wont say anything I dont know. But in one of the quests in Skyrim you get to know that the Emperor is going back to Morrowind, and the Emperor is like a king but dont have much to do in Skyrim gameplay. (Many in Skyrim is invanderers from other lands like Dark elfs from Morrowind)

But im sure the gameplay is totaly different than Morrowind. If u wanted to know the logo is the symbol of the Empire that controlled Skyrim but then Civil war began and now they only controll half. So sorry if I spoiled anything or wrote stuff u didnt want to know. But I hope this helps :)

Wow...so many people up for receiving the title of Captain Obvious. Morrowind came out in 2002 so yeah the graphics are not as vibrant. My 15yr old cousin turned me on to this game after I played Oblivion. A 15yr old who favors gameplay over graphics!
