  • Yeah I'm done flying to the states. I felt so violated, and they took forever with screening they tried to tell me my flight took off. They LIED to me! After I went apeshit, some random luggage guy shows up telling the flight people that my check in luggage is on the flight and they have to let me on.

I'm so proud to be Canadian!!

  • False Flag Terrorism 101, PROBLEM, REACTION, SOLUTION aka ”Hegelian Dialectic”. Create a “situation”, a threat, a boogeyman. The people react, and they demand a solution. The same solution that was desired (by the ruling elitist manipulators) from the very beginning. People are much more accepting of things like war if they are worked into a frenzy. This political strategy has worked brilliantly for centuries. There are countless examples of which, here are just a few,

  • What kind of normal, self-respecting person would volunteer to accept such a demeaning job as airport screener violating the dignity and self-respect of strangers? This assinine idiocy has arguably had -zero- effect on making us 'safer' or more secure, the whole premise that airtravel passengers must be screened to 'protect' them is absolutely ludicrous. The slippery-slope descent into unquestioning compliance w/ authoritarian regimentation leads to accepting Police State apportioning of rights.

  • wow we are still talking bout this?

get groped, love it and try not to get a stiffy ^_^

  • @brytendo941 Well just for your information, a recent study by Mercatus Center found that New York is the “least free” State in the Union. The report did say however, that New York would have scored a point or two higher if they legalized gay marriage. So now since they done so, out of 50 States, New York has moved up to the 49th “least free” State in the Union. Congratulations.

  • @brytendo941 And that has to do with what in relation to this????

  • @brytendo941 Not in New York, it isn't what?????? What are you talking about??

  • I'm incredulous that people go along with being felt up. That the fuck is wrong with people??

Wish the guy would use a respectful name for his genitalia...calling his private parts "junk" is asinine, especially considering the pleasures felt there and reproductive function.

Also amazing is that evil types can seem to always find minions to carry out the nefarious agenda. Think about it, if all the soldiers said "fuck it" and quit, TSA union said no more xray exposure/groping, 2 probs solved

  • I can't begin to understand how people could let themselves be suject to that sort of abuse, If you would just refuse this madness would have to stop. It is degrading, and just plain wrong.

  • fking tsa nazis. right. security measures? kiss my ass -- and my junk.

  • Put the so called "first family" Obamas through this and see how they like it!

  • People this is pure Nazi Germany 1936 all over again. How many of our fathers died to prevent this treason and tyranny? This is just one example of how the corporations and government have merged turning us into a fascist nation pure and simple overturning more than 200 years of constitutional rule. This lawlessness on the part of TSA must stop now. Stand up for your rights before its too late. It may be too late already.

  • Amerika, land of the wimps, home of the cowards, my oh my how it has changed. Time to take our country back...

  • Stop Flying! We control the airlines with our money.

  • Listen to TSA admit in open court that all they do is unconstitutional and illegal. They illegally bully passengers. All we need to show is a valid boarding pass...no ID, no grope, no scan. Please listen to court testimony and become an informed flier. Phil Mocek vs New Mexico TSA. Quit being dumb pawns of a ziobolshevik agenda destroying America

  • We are going to Rape you...If you resist we are going to beat you then rape you.

  • This entire issue has been settled in court, $35k spent by Phil Mocek vs NM. TSA admitted in court that to board a plane a passenger need only show a ticket. We don't have to show ID, and we don't have to submit to search. That's the law of the land. Why Americans in mass continue to allow themselves to be assaulted and rights violated baffles me.

Last week they announced plans to set up tsa grope stations at malls, bus and train stations. The ziobolshevik agenda is clear. SQUASH IT!

  • Who is worse? the slaves doing the pat downs? or the slaves submitting to pat downs?

  • @kellerbier2 They bully us hardcore with a platoon of cops showing up if you demand your rights not be encroached. Cuffs are slapped on tight, they throw us into a smelly cage and then with luck, a jury finds you not guilty of 4 "crimes" and you are $50,000.00 poorer.

Who wants to miss their flight, subject themselves to arrest and physical assault, charges of public nuisance, resisting arrest, assault with a deadly weapon, terrorist threats etc. So, we submit and lick the boots. STOP!

  • @DeutcherKonnig You are exactly right. This is about money, fear and control, not terrorism. We all have a much higher chance of dying on the road, medical malpractice, drug reactions, tainted food, burglary, etc. than being taken out by a terrorist. For americans to willingly give up their rights, is a FAR worse result than any actual chance of terroism itself. Mr. Bin Laden, you sir, have won, well played.

  • Well im in shape so idc LOL seriously its not that serious. id rather be 100% sure theres no bomber on the plane than ur lil privacy. well when your plane is being hijacked like before atleast you got your privacy. people iswear so bitchy lol

  • @iGraffSCAR thats the problem there are no bombers

  • I think you are awesome for doing this. I too will not them molest me. WHat is happening to our rights. AMericans are letting our government touch us like you said is molesting us. It makes me sick!

  • The TSA has about as much common sense as a hemeriod....

  • Bravo-from another non-TSA-flyer!

  • Amendment IV

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

  • poor america is getting ridiculous

  • Fruitcake software engineer....

  • stfu, damn libertarian fools

  • @SillyMeso87 The TSA is coming to trains too. Best to drive.

  • @pete5668 Sorry, you won't be able to drive either, they will be setting up and are now testing internal check points. The check points will have the Z Back Scatter Mobile Unites.

  • @biorgymd they can't do checkpoints every mile

  • A hearty in the morning to you sir!

  • The TSA doesn't pat you down in the grocery store, so if you don't like it then don't fly - or if you have to fly get used to it.

  • @kyleunderhill I love how you people resort to elementary school logic on issues like this. Don't bullshit us and say that people don't have to fly because any half sensible person knows that's not true. "You don't like someone feeling your genitalia? Deal with it." Really now? Just because the TSA is in some elevated position of power fed off of everyone's "ZOMFG TERRORIST" paranoia doesn't give them the right to bypass Constitutional rights for the sake of "security".

  • @kyleunderhill why dont you go suck a fuck?

  • Don't fly!

  • You can hear the 'appreciate that' asshole tone in the security power trip morons voice. They're on a power trip in a job where power tripping should be non existent

  • We'll see what the airlines do when less and less people buy tickets to fly. This whole thing is bullshit. I wish people could see through the smoke & mirrors of the whole "terrorism" crap. They always will have a boogie-man to keep us in a box of fear. Keep believing in the bullshit America. It's really making our pursuit of life, liberty, and happiness such a great experience, isn't it?

  • People who are too sorry to work for the DMV, are right at home at the TSA.

  • good for you, that's what I say

  • * Breaking News *

“TSA Admits Bungling of Airport Body-Scanner Radiation Tests”

The Transportation Security Administration is re-analyzing the radiation levels of X-ray body scanners installed in airports nationwide, after testing produced dramatically higher-than-expected results.

“It would appear that the emissions are 10 times higher. We understand it as a calculation error,” TSA spokesman Sarah Horowitz said in a telephone interview.

Bill Would Make Airport Screening Sexual Assault. CONCORD, N.H. -- A House committee is scheduled to hold a hearing Tuesday on a bill that would make it a sexual assault for an airport screener to touch or view a person's breast or genitals. The bill (HB628-FN) includes anyone working as a security agent of the federal, state, or local government, and includes touching or viewing with a technological device. Google Full Rep

  • ***BEAKING NEWS***

GENETIC PATDOWNS, Homeland security plan for DNA screening could quickly lead to other uses, abuses. Airport scanners already get under your cloths, but federal officials aren’t stopping there: They want to get inside your genes too. This summer, the Department of Homeland Security Plans to begin testing portable DNA Scanners. Hundreds of Thousands of Americas could soon encounter the screening device. Google Report full story. WAKE UP America, the AMERIKANS are coming.

  • @biorgymd There is absolutely no truth to your claim the TSA wants to screen DNA before traveler's can fly. This is complete bullshit !

  • @fnchrstphr Well Blogger Bob, this isn’t my claim, this was taken from a story that broke on World Press, and other press outlets. You poor AMERIKAN, you are correct, The Spartan DX DNA Scanner, with a 30 minute turnaround time, that retails for $15,000.00 doesn’t exist, and the DHS and TSA are NOT implementing a program to use it. It’s just not in the Business Plan. Everything is OK, Dancing with the Stars will be premiering next week, and pretty soon your new AMERIKAN idol will be announced.

  • @fnchrstphr you are a fuckin liar.

  • Well thats what I'd basically call a win for the terrorists. They have reached their goal: keep you in fear AND change the way of your everyday life.

  • We are seeing Joe Libermans Killswitch bill in full action, and in real time, right now in Egypt.

  • ****BREAKING NEWS*****

Citizen Spy Networks to get immunity: House Homeland Security Chairman Pete King introduced the “See Something, Say Something Act” as a shield for those that tip off authorities of potential extremists, in case they report innocent people.

King has introduced a bill that will protect any individual involved in any snoop campaign from lawsuits brought by innocent people wrongly accused of being terrorists or extremists.

    Google report for full stroy.

  • "In buying your ticket, you gave up a lot of your rights." SERIOUSLY?! Where was that on the ticket? Small print or something? I've bought a lot of tickets, and nowhere did it ever say "you are giving up your rights with your purchase of this ticket". Holy hell, maybe it's because I fly from Canada, but really America there's something wrong here...

Well, I know for certain now, I'm not taking any flight that's going to America, not even a connection flight.

  • @LiliFromHali We have a lot of rights. Airports are sights of constant human trafficking, and are obvious good locations for terrorists or anyone with like intentions. All the airport and government wants is for people to get to their destinations, safely. Just like in school, rights are taken away (such as the right to bear arms, and others), and strict rules are enforced for the sake of everyone's safety. There are too many potential dangers in airports. A few bad apples ruin it.

  • @juggaknot93 FUK U AHOLE RENECK PUNK,,U R A CHILD MOLESTER

I WOULD BEAT UR ASS PUNK

  • @juggaknot93 Fuck the TSA. Terrorist scum bag pieces of monkey shit.

  • @HeathenSaxon Then drive next time you go somewhere. They're not forcing you to take the airport. Have fun trying to go over seas without em.

  • Dont touch my junk" guy is a TRUE patriot. Innocent. Law does NOT stop inside airports!.

  • "Security out weighs alot of things."

Like your Free liberty. You will bend over and take it and you will like it if you want to fly.

  • Need more people like this, and more videos like this... Down with the commie TSA. This is America not Nazi Germany.

More Americans are killed each year by bee stings and lightning strikes v.s. terrorism what is the government doing about that?!

  • Im so scared I always get chosen for random searches its not jsut americansthath ave to worry what about us people who arnt fro myour retarded country Im form canada but I sitll have to go threw the same shit omfg im going to california in may I really dont wanna have to do either body scan or search aaaaa.

  • @Twistachoo You are correct. The X-Ray Vans, do not exist, the Patriot Act, does not exist. DHS, is not giving federal grants to local police departments to purchase Military Drones to fly over local communities to spy on Americas, and the US Military is marching across the Middle East to promote freedom and democracy. Right? I agree with @bloodguzzler I would refrain from posting anymore comments if I were you as you make yourself look more and more like a fool with each comment posted

  • @Twistachoo luckily we have people who can say no to the evil government, unlike flatterer cocksuckers like you

  • @sinand99 and the TSA said No to this douche bag. And he didn't fly. All this a-hole did was give terrorists a (shitty) idea of how to try and board a plane without a proper inspection... This guy is no hero, pal.

  • @Twistachoo How does that brownshirt fit? You FFFing fascist. Bahhhhh, bahhhhh like the sheep you are.

  • Wanna know why you have to be at the airport 11 hours before a flight? People like this...

  • @langleywil Exactly.

  • "The only people that touch me there are my wife and my doctor. What they're doing would be illegal if they weren't the government."

Yea... and what your doctor does would be illegal if he wasn't your doctor. So? You want to fly you have to abide by safety regulations. They give you the option of a full body scanner if you want to avoid a pat down. You can't refuse all procedures on the grounds that you don't like them. People need to get over it.

  • @PowerDiva Will you get over it when they roll out the Z Backscatter Vans to your neighborhood so they can see inside your home?? Rest assured it's in the business plan, and remember it will be for your safety.

  • @biorgymd I doubt it. But let's pretend you are right for a moment. If seeing inside my home is necessary to ensure I may continue to live there without being killed by an atomic bomb, then the answer is yes... yes I would get over it.

Anyway, while you must abide by the laws, your home is your own domain. It's a lot different than willingly purchasing public airfare with the prior knowledge of TSA policy and then refusing to cooperate because you don't like it. I repeat... get over it!

  • @PowerDiva You are an uneducated fool and your makeup, hair, crown and drag show won’t save you. I could care less if you feel safe or not, your feelings do not matter, chances are you will never feel safe, and dismantling the Constitution for your feelings is not an option for me. I would recommend some shock therapy. Instead of playing with hair and makeup, you might want to educate yourself.

  • @biorgymd So now we've resorted to personal attacks. Figures. People who don't have a valid argument usually resort to that tactic. This however, is the point in which I decline to keep this charade going. Mostly because I have better things to do with my time, but also because arguing with idiots is pointless. So I'll let you think you "got" me, with your cracks about my hair and makeup. I'm sure this will be returned with another eyeroll-worthy retort but don't expect a response from me. Caio!

  • @PowerDiva "Who will govern the governors? There is only one force in the nation that can be depended upon to keep the government pure and the governors honest, and that is the people themselves. They alone, if well informed, are capable of preventing the corruption of power, and of restoring the nation to its rightful course if it should go astray. They alone are the safest depository of the ultimate powers of government"

    - Thomas Jefferson

  • @PowerDiva PS: PS: Your Right's, if you even know what they are, are INALIENABLE as provided by the founding fathers. In case you don't have access to a dictionary, the definition of Inalienable is, “Incapable of being alienated, surrendered, or transferred”. Which means, just because you buy an airline ticket, your rights are Incapable of being alienated, surrendered, or transferred.

  • @PowerDiva Oh, and one other thing, Gay Marriage is Illegal, you should just get over it

  • @biorgymd life is not a video game.... And - your home is private property, while an airport is public property. You might want to look up the differentiated legal standings between the two.

  • @biorgymd ...

"the 4th Amendment... The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures..."

... ... ... Where in there does it say "airport"?

  • @Twistachoo America is collapsing before your very eyes, it’s sad to see Americans as yourself so misinformed and fearful. I’ll give you a small hint, “Secure in their Persons”, and the definition of effects as used here is “Movable belongings and goods”. Touch base soon when the backscatter vans are doing sneak and peaks in your neighborhood and let me know if you feel the same. You can bet Michael Chertoff has it in his business plan. Homeland Security will head the Policed State of AMERIKA.

  • @Twistachoo Where in there does it say "airport"?

Where in there does it say "bus stop"?

Where in there does it say "library"?

Where in there does it say "school"?

Where in there does it say "restaurant"?

Where in there does it say "train station"?

Where in there does it say "grocery store"?

See how stupid you sound? Keyword is PERSONS, you fool!

I would refrain from posting anymore comments if I were you as you make yourself look more and more like a fool with each comment posted

  • @Twistachoo WRONG Again, One’s 4th Amendment rights are not being violated when you enter a bar, or play a game of golf. Organizations in the past have attempted to establish their own “Policies”, such as No Jews Allowed, and the US Supreme Court has ruled it Unconstitutional. Once this issue is put before the Supreme Court, the Court will have no other option but to rule it Unconstitutional, because it is.

  • @Twistachoo You are wrong. You might want to read the Patriot Act. I would start with the 4th Amendment first If I were you. Velcome to za new Amerika.

  • Al queda was formed when Saudi Arabia emptied its prisons. The condition was these men had to go to Afghanistan tofight the russian in 1988. There were 15,000 who did this. When russia retreated, these criminals, had nobody to fight. Mossad operatives got al queda to verbally lash out at America by highlighting the aid America gave to Israel. Once the world knew al queda thugs were mad at America, the Mossad put together 911 and laid blame on the al queda thugs.

    Textbook false flag.

  • Well done! I would like to think I would do the same.

Airport security checks make me feel ashamed to belong to the human race.

  • War on terror is a scam. Secre of Def Bobbie Gates is a co- founder of Al Queda. These Pentagon clowns organized funded and trained al queda. Now they PRETEND they are America's enemy. LMAO. Only reason American military hates Taliban is they wiped out the Zionists opium crop. Wake up Americans. The joke is on Americans who are paying for a huge phony war to enrich weapon suppliers . Cheney has millions of options on Halliburton.

  • Everyone needs to stand up and fight like this guy has ! If everyone had the balls and could sacrifice just 10% what our forefathers did we could still be a free country .

  • Have an ear at these fat woman from TSA. Her voice is demanding absolut subjecting. She is not polit in any way. Would like to stick an air compressor to her ass until she blows.

  • My friend just flew up from a small airport in San Diego and they didn't even search people there. If this was necessary, wouldn't it be even more important at airports near the border? Soon, we will have checkpoints at the mall, grocery stores, football games ,theaters and anywhere else there are large groups of Americans who need protecting

  • doctor

  • @jlh945 Absolutely.

In more civilized times, those pigs would have a good length of chain heaved around them and get taken for a drag down the nearest oyster shell covered road.

But these aren't civilized times, alas.

  • @1701Tex - Within 10 yrs . Americans will be searched before entering a mall, movie house, train, bus,

park or highway. There are random checkpoints all over Calif and Arizona. Border patrol stop and search cars of ordinary Americans. They are looking for weapons and drugs and cash. illegal immigrants? All travel at night along back roads, and on foot. There are fewer border patrol in 2010 than in 1990. Border is nearly wide open and it is VERY easy to cross.

  • @holocaustexpert Hi - Great points. I don't think it will be in 10yrs, I think it will be a lot sooner. Also, don't forget about the Z Backscatter Van's, they will also be in neighborhoods looking into peoples homes. Isn't it funny, how so many people believe they are looking for terrorist when in fact they are looking for ordinary Americans. I think, and it's only a thought, that they have empty prisons that they need to fill.

  • did he say he lets his daughter touch his junk?

  • These scanners would not have prevented the underwear bomber. They and the pat downs are pointless b/c terrorists can now hide explosive devices inside their anus. Does that mean we must undergo cavity searches now? I just find it ironic that the ppl who say "keep gov't off our backs" are willing to have gov't in our pants. Ppl need to do their hw and realize these methods will not keep us safe. In fact nothing will. Accept it and live yr life happily

  • @NotSoOldHippy That irony is the thing that pisses me off most. We're supposed to just accept that the left wants to take away freedoms. But I thought conservatives want gov't off our backs? Yea maybe, but in our pants on our genitalia that's ok I guess

  • @Mishiana I figured it was that reason but it's absurd. I thought the hidden comments were rude or w/e but they aren't. We can't even make valid pooints these ppl wanna censor opinion. Classy

  • @SonicYouth5469 - The truth is any person who is illegal can easily cross the border day or night 365 days a yr and not need to worry about getting caught.

  • Ok, wow anyone who doesn`t think this is a big deal hasn`t been groped or humiliated by these fat ugly tsa jerks on the spot in front of tons of people.

  • @EverlastingxFantasy Good point!

  • AND, he gave up NONE of his rights! lol

Implied consent is not consent and further more for them to have a case, the implied consent standards must be posted somewhere visible so you see their requirements and agree to them simply by proceeding.

This does not mean you have waived your constitutional rights as they are INALIENABLE.

They know this which is why these corporations take you to corporate court rather than Federal. They AREN'T the government and it IS illegal.

    They are corporate.

  • And it IS sexual assault when you do not consent and they require you to do so.

It's under protest and duress which must be stated. I will only do so under protest and duress, do you note the protest?

They will say yes and this now makes them liable for a civil suit. Touching you against your will is assault, end of story. If you comply only under duress and in protest and they acknowledge it, they've also accepted liability! lol

And you can sue the shit out of them.

  • People need to know what to say and how to establish their authority over these people and the liability they are commercially bound to once questioned properly.

There is now law nor is their a statute obligating us to this treatment. They have an enactment with no jurisdiction over us.

Then you request to see their badge, photo I.D. and business card to substantiate their authority which they can not produce because this is all corporate an unlicensed.

It simply boils down to flying or not

  • @JonDeth I love how in any other circumstance this would be fucking illegal. It's arguably molestation. What if someone has been molested as a child? They have to fucking relive this shit? Or the other choice is be scanned nakedly and have some creep rub one out to them (which has happened already). But I guess it's legal when the gov't does it they are above the law. Pretty soon in order to leave yr house u will have to strip searched

  • @SonicYouth5469 here's the confusion, it IS illegal in ALL circumstances however, you are consenting so it's the difference between say consensual sex and rape or a willful donation and robbery.

Say you do get sexually groped during the search, now you must prove the case which won't be easy. Meanwhile you were tricked into agreeing to a situation that violates your 4th amendment rights which are inalienable, even by YOU!

All new legislation is superseded by the Federal constitution.

  • in fact they're required to compare all proposed bills to the constitution and if any component is in violation of any section, they must rewrite the bill to be in compliance. So we're talking about THOUSANDS of legislative statutory acts that are unconstitutional, were passed illegally and have no true power unless....

UNLESS the court you take the case before is corrupt!

So we all need to learn to act as our own lawyers since ones we hire are lying cowards that won't legally threaten judges.

  • @SonicYouth5469 anything is "arguable" to the ignorant.

  • Hey I hope every one of you trolls that is freaking out about this can learn the facts-a resounding majority of Americans are not subject to ANY advanced security measures. Only 3% of travelers are subject to these screening measures. And to compare the TSA to the SS or Gestapo is absurd-the TSA has not killed, nor has it persecuted. Millions of people, regardless of their descent, perished at the hands of the Gestapo and SS. For you to compare is ignorant and asinine. Please grow up.

  • Funny, at 11:30 he says "And on the street, you have to have some kind of reasonable suspicion [to search someone]..." So true. Not even the police can search you unless they have a probable cause. In this case, boarding a plane is supposed to be the cause they are basing their search on. Sorry, last I checked boarding a plane a every person's right to do, it's not suspicious that someone wants to board a plane.

  • @shotorye They have no reason to violate anyone's rights, even though they put on a uniform to do their job. I work at an airport myself, I put a uniform on every day to do so, and I would never have anyone relinquish their rights in order for me to do my job. The question is, who's strong enough to fight the government body and defend their rights? The answer is, you don't stand a chance. Welcome to the new world.
