Diversity without pesticides!

where i live in texas there used to be plenty of frogs everywhere. now i barely see any. and if i do see any they are most likely all sick looking. the mosquito trucks that spray all the time are probably the cause of it. call me an extremist, but how stupid does the human race get? what is the reason for spraying this stuff? what benefit do the people funding these kinds of things get? there's a city truck that sprays every night. either they're stupid or they're making money from it some how.
