Normally I love everything whitney does, but this is just not good, some songs should be left alone and this is one of them, this song is ment to be a slower song. The one by Donny Hathaway is so beautiful and haunting, not to mention his piano playing makes it that much more beautiful. You could feel his passion, his love and his pain, you could tell he put everything into this song. Just my opinion though.

I think people are disappointed in her vocals because they expected her to come back singing like she did in her 20's and 30's. Whitney has been through so much, I'm frankly suprised she still has a voice at all. However, there's a depth, a pain, emotion, and grit to her voice that never existed before. She sings with a bite in her voice.
