This is officially the worst anime I have ever seen, and I've suffered through Roots Search and Dark Cat. It's not the entertaining kind of bad like Angel Cop, Mad Bull 34, Violence Jack, or Garzey's Wing; it's just plain unwatchable. EVERY joke is extremely predictable and suffers from terrible comedic timing. By the way, this is all coming from someone who enjoys panty shots.

Your complaining about the very foundation of anime.

You see in America and the UK, we like to edit anything out that is vaugely offensive to anyone. But in places Japan, the only thing that matters is monies. They will, and have done several times, put in things such as sex appeal, to boost the ratings. This is what makes anime different from American television. Japan doesn't afraid of anything.

And personaly, I love sex appeal, and those are the coolest paif panties in existance. :D

Actually...Segata Sanshiro *IS* in it. BIG TIME.

Not only does he LOOK like Segata in the flashback, work at a VERY SEGA-esque company, and stop a missile with his bare hands, but he even QUOTES him ("Play until your fingers break!") and above all else...IS VOICED BY SEGATA SANSHIRO HIMSELF! (I checked the credits)

As such, Fubuki is Segata Sanshiro's daughter and the Passion Panties are magical panties made out of Segata's love of gaming!
