i dont know how this video was related to the last one, but... well it isnt a hit or a 'flop'. In order to be a hit it needs to wow an audience, and this show frankly just doesn't do that. However this isn't a complete flop or failure either; it does keep a small portion of its target audience captivated by showing stars they like, and next year they will have new stars in a new series probably very similar to this one.

Most of you wont even notice this happen. so overall... Flop.

I'm college age but was blown away by how good the show is.  Didn't think I could like a Disney show, but this and Waverly are actually very witty. Also Demi is an incredible actress and singer well beyond her years.
