  • @luimeiyau 其實不會  這個做法叫斷筋 他只有插肉跟筋的中間 肉汁的話 只要鍋子夠熱 在肉下去的那瞬間 會把牛肉的肉汁保留住

  • @orbasang in fact, ive been watched this program. she wasn't the hostess.

    she was one of the guests as well as the chef. The program put a normal housewife to the show then let her learn the professonal way of cooking a piece of steak. just like any normal person who wanted to learn it. this is the way it operated. as far as i'm concerned, there should be a real host, yet he wasn't in this video. that's all, nothing else. hope it help
