  • remember this "300" workout was designed as a test for the actors et al at the end of months of intense physical training where no two workouts were the same. They didn't just do this to get ready...only a handful actually completedd it, there's little to no rest between sets here...try it, it will kick your butt.

  • not this track! again! it seems to be the youtube weightlifting theme tune. also, who cares how much you can bench press. still dosnt make you fit. ive seen guys benching 400lbs at the gym, but they are sluggish and fat. also, i dont see the point in benching really heavy weights. try doing the 300 workout in 20 minutes instead - that is a true test of how hard you are. ive done it in 29 minutes and its harder than any amount of weight that you can press 3 times.

  • @alazar981 i will. i do 20 reps with 400, letting it sit on my chest for a second or two on each rep, then i go to 550 for 8 reps then for my last two sets i do 700 for 3 reps each. i use to train with arnold and i helped train brad pitt for troy. i am a god among men.
