Actully, I don't think there's even going to be an Taiga and Ryujii relationship, apart from the master and the dog relationship that they already have. There is very little developement between them, it's either a really slow-paced relationship or it's not gonna happen at all.

But seeings how they're the two main characters, It's likely they'll end up together.

what are you talking about...latter in the manga they become good friends, their relatioship is so cute...latter he's not her dog...They are Dragon and Tiger!

Later in the manga? You're mistaken there, I've read past the manga, yeah sure the latest chapter they seemed to be on good terms but if you read the light novel you'll understand that that dosn't last long at all. I think there relationship is one in which they support oneanother, although I could be wronge and there MAY be more developement, possibly even romance between the two later on as I've only made it up to book 4 of the novel. Ryuji kind of annoys me the way he acts like her mother.

You can read it online simple, I think it's called "Baka Tsuki" just google it and on the side bar you'll have various light novels, many of which have been made into anime/manga or are going to be made into anime/manga. It's only got like the first 4 books there, but they update it a few times over the month chapter by chapter it's slow but it's well worth the wait.
