Guess I'm the minority here. I thought Mira did a phenomenal job playing Marilyn. You really got a feel of Marilyn's addictions and mental problems from Mira's performance....it wasn't sugar coated. I'm a HUGE Marilyn fan but she was human and she had her vices and problems just as we all do.

The thing that makes this movie not work for me is that even though the movie shows two different sides of Marilyn's personality, those sides are depicted in a way that's so one dimensional and lacking in nuance that it's not really that interesting.
