  • trying to scare people u dick head !!!! this is not fuerteventura......

  • Dude I was swimming in that water 4 weeks ago . . . oh god im gonna be sick

  • You should point out this was shot in an aquarium, not the open sea.

  • i never knew there were sharks!!! this summer i went surfing in fuerteventura in correlajo :O

  • very good song, after 3.50min, someone knows the name of this song?

  • Didnt know there were sharks on Fuerteventura.Bloody hell!

  • Theres only angel sharks around canary islands and i think theres hammerheads if you go very far out

  • whats the name of this song?

  • WAU! Sharks! but looks like they are the good ones...

  • Why are these morons refering to the Med ?

The canaries are in the Atlantic.

Much further south and much colder water than the Med.

And there are many recorded attacks from Great Whites in the Eastern Med from Malta and towards Greece.

The 2 main reasons that there are few big sharks in the Med is lack of food and the water is too warm.

  • do not scare people.. No sharks near Fuerteventura Beaches. Outside on the open sea you can find anything as any big ocean.

  • Somebody has to tell you that divers never feed or tuch sea animals.NEVER.

  • i go to fuertaventura in 6 days and i cant wait it might be best place were i have went holiday , the best place i have been on holiday to in my life so far is cyprus , it was amazing but fuertaventura might take over that spot when i go in 6 days . i am so excited i cant stop thinking about it , its goin to be brilliant i know its is coz i have watched loads of videos about it and on all of them everyone has commented sayin its paradise or its truly amazing yehhh

  • WTF i going there evry year and i dont know it there are Shark OMMGGGGGG

  • I'm going there on vecation soon, should I be aware of the sharks when I'm taking a swim on a tourist beach?

  • @dxmikkelxb

they are very very far from the shore, I'm from Canary islands and I've never seen a shark. Moreover, experts say that they don't attack here because of the water.

  • Holy crap, are there sharks near the beaches :S? I like sharks but I don't want to encounter one while swimming lol

  • @RsGhost1

There are very far from the shore, and they never attack

  • David Meca swim between islands.

La Gomera-Tenerife in September 2001 he swam 44 km linking the two islands in 8 hours, swimming among whales.

Tenerife-Gran Canaria: May 2002 broke all records, swimming 100 km in 23 hours and 5 minutes.

Why not give the Canaries shark attacks? Is partly unknown, thousands of swimmers, surfers thousands, thousands of divers .. is believed to be by the cold currents of the sea of canary. If you want shark attacks go to the Caribbean.

  • wonderful !!!!

  • Yannislitsas: why would you need a cage to dive with these bunch of harmless fishfeeders anyway? Xiskate: of course there are hammerheads (if they are not severly fished by mostly Spanish trwalers) in the East Atlantic! Even Whites and maybe also Tigers. I only agree that your Islands like 99% of all seas are absolutely safe to dive, maybe statistically a little less to swim! Chances to see a shark in open water are minute, to get hit compares to million win in the lottery or a rarer ocasion.

  • @TheBiouli

There are no hammerheads any where near the canaries! The nearest would be in the Red sea. No tigers and no Great Whites either.

  • @iDiveDOTtv

Sorry, scientifically you are wrong. With 9 species worldwide 4 are found in the Eastern Atlantic at the coast and over the shelf.

  • @iDiveDOTtv

Whites and Tigers prefer tropical seas but also have been recorded from there as well. Your Red Sea remark is definately wrong, the Mediterranean Sea is known for hammerheads, whites and tigers. Check your books! ;)

  • @TheBiouli-think its you who needs to research champ, when you say Whites I presume you mean Great Whites, they are prevalent in temperate water(not tropical)

The Med is not known for Tiger sharks as they inhabit tropical water(Med=temperate)So I suggest that you dont comment on things that you dont have the first clue about such as this

  • no no no and no, angel sharks and theres no hammer heads. well i live in gran canaria and theres another kind of shark called, "cazon" plural cazones but they are all innofenssive, ive swom/swam in too much places(fuck i don't know this verb in perfect) and there's no problem, THERES NO WHITE SHARKS, NO TIGER SHARKS only this little sharks but theyre scary, don't you see they don't have any weapon to attack if they attack you.. for sure, islands are safe fo real

  • Im not going in the sea there again!

  • of course not if you don't have any idea, read my comment up...

  • @lapacman26

this sharks are only in the baku water park....xD u can swim whit sharks... :D

  • i would have shit my self.are there many sharks in the water around the island

  • There are quite a few yes...mostly angel sharks and hammer heads

  • Cool! Where is this, on a reef? Aquarium? Fun - look forward to joining you next time - maybe in bahamas?

  • This is in a very large aquarium in Baku but Bahamas is top class for shark diving! Take your OWD and let's go! No cages!! :)
