I was on Jekyll and visited the Turtle Center last week and saw Dylan, but I had to leave before her release. I'm glad she finally made it. Watching the release on YouTube was a great alternative to actually being there. She certainly looked like she knew where she belonged. Kudos to everyone at the Georgia Sea Turtle Center.

I was unable to be there to see her release, so I am so glad you put this on youtube! I cried! She was so excited to get out in that ocean! Thank you to all of people who took such good care of her! It was the highlight of our trip to Jekyll Island, GA to see the Sea Turtle Center and be able to adopt Dylan. This has just made my day!

I went and saw dylan about two weeks ago...my she was putting on a show splashing around. She let me get so many pretty pictures of her! Im so proud!

We had the opportunity to watch Dylan grow over the years from a tiny hatchling to the beautiful loggerhead she is now. Very mixed emotions watching this video of her heading so confidently into the surf. Dylan, our hopes and prayers go with you for a safe, happy life in the ocean where you belong. Go, Dylan!!!!
