Clef you need Enciclopedia Pokemon; It was made in spanish but was (mostly) translated to English. It is like Pokesav or Pokegen but for Generation 3 games and I've tested it and it even works with ROM hacks like Liquid Crystal! :) With that, Gladys should get Earthquake back instead of Metal Sound. (Back up your save in case something goes awry which SHOULDN'T happen with EP)

Sooo many other ways to prevent cyber crimes. Censoring the internet doesn't help. I dont really think you know everything it's going to do.

SOPA and PIPA do absolutely nothing to prevent online piracy. They do however give the government and corporations the ability to regulate our internet. Things like Liquid Crystal would be taken down because they infringe on copyrights

but clef, there is a WAY better way to stop piracy...the reason why people do it is because they dont like the services provided, they are charing to much or something, and the way to stop it is to offer better services then the pirates themselves
