  • nice video, but the correct name of that bird was a Marsh Wren.

English (House) Sparrows usally nest in bird houses , or in ay cavity that they can.

They over populate the United States, along with the Starling.

  • Love it! sweet little babies. Your little baby is fading right beside me!

  • It went by too fast!

  • Very cool!! Thanks for sharing!! Blessings, Grams

  • That's amazing that you were able to film all of this!

  • I love this video you did.The babies looked hungry

  • I think ALL babies seem to be hungry all the time!

  • How terrific to see that process from right up next to the house. Way cool.

  • They are so used to us being out there, they really didnt care. It was cool!

  • Neat - the twins had a robin nest in an overgrown bush right outside their window when they were 5. A great learning experience!

  • It was a great learning experience, but hard for Gracie to learn not to touch!

  • The window definitely made this easier with the girls! Zara can't stop touching our chickens.

  • Aw how cute! I bet it shocked you to find them there. That is an odd place for a mother bird to pick. Great video!

  • They do it every year. They really like that plant.

  • Very kewl!

  • very very cool

  • wow.. i was hoping ya caught them leaving the nest but was still a great video

  • Nope, it was a sad day when I headed out there to film again and the nest was empty :(

  • How sweet! I bet Grant and Gracie loved watching this. Very educational! Loved it!

    Lisa

  • I am telling their Momma. May she poop on your head! ;)

  • Very nice. It was cool that you filmed them from birth all the way til now.

  • they never call, they never write!...hehehe Thanks for the video...loved seeing them little babies.

  • LOL, They call every day from the tree right behind where there nest was. Probably cussing me for putting them on Youtube, they want their cut.

  • That was just all kinds of adorable!!!

You did a great job of chronicling this :)

  • I thought of you and Snookie every time I taped them!

  • We have tons of geese around our hood.. I saw babies today.. cute as all get out!

  • That was fabulistically great 5 stars nope not a real word I made it up

  • This is a very cool video, I've never seen a nest so close before. :)

My partner loves birds and puts feeders up in front of all the windows. It's really cool to watch them all day and I know that we'll have babies coming by very soon.

  • The birds here always seem to like my plants and the kids love to watch it every time it happens, so I thought I would chronicle it this time.

  • WOW, look at how tiny they are!

Just amazing that you were able to grab all these shots of them before they "moved out."

  • Or before Gracie grabbed them!

They only moved to the tree right behind the plant, which is nice, we still get to hear them sing.

  • are you talking about the baby birds or something else ???

  • that is so cool -- now I know what is happening at the top of my stone columns in front of my house (can you say BIRD POOP?)

  • LOL, wait til you see my frog one coming.

  • sweet :)

  • Tracey that was a great video. I bet the kids loved it.

  • They did love it, until they flew away. A couple of sad faces now.

  • Loved that

  • WOW What a great video and how cool your children could witness that as it unfolded! What a great Mom!

    ciao bella

Reynaldo with love & peace in San Francisco Baby!

  • Hey Rey!

Do you know how hard it was to keep Gracie from just grabbing one of those? It was right at her size!

  • This was really cute, but if you really wanted to make it cool you should have puked down their gullets. Doesn't that sound like fun? Just no beer.

  • I am afraid I would just smother them in it and not get any in. LOL

  • those look like some hungry birds....

  • So cool! I'm working on one with Robins will be posted soon :)

  • Cant wait to see it!

  • That was AWESOME! I'm sooo glad you took the time to make that video. I love that.

  • Good stuff...

  • You cooked em didn't ya?

  • Oooooh! Good one!

  • Is that one eye giving you trouble again? It says Sparrows, not chickens! ;)

  • It does give me a nervous tick tick tick tick tick from time to time. I heard they do in fact taste like chicken.
