re: the driving: Women in our home country pay less than men in car insurance. Reason being that statistically women have much higher safety records. Men have many more crashes alone and with other cars. It was interesting to hear in the video that there is the issue of car safety in Saudi Arabia. Are driving laws less stringent than in other places or are driving laws not well enforced? What is the car insurance system like - and is it expensive or more easily affordable than many other places?

Wonderful interview!

Universally when a person says how their country or culture sees an issue they are often talking about how they themselves feel. Many do not want to see change. Social media helps us have more eyes on issues. This allows people around the planet to contribute to awareness & change in a world that belongs to us all. Manal is brilliant. Definitely reminiscent of Rosa Parks who helped make it possible for me & the elders in my own family to have the lives we live today.

What about racism in Saudi Arabia. There are Indian people who live in Saudi Arabia who are treated like shit. They build your infrustructure, but you treat them like shit. Even other non-Arab Muslims have experienced racism in Saudi Arabia. Arabs need to learn to embrace people who are not Arabs. Learn to love. The third Muslim in the world is Black(Bilal). Learn to love and all of your problems will be solved in shaa allah.
