Just because it has fmv clips don't mean it is a fmv game. The graphics were top notched for the mid 90's. It is more of a graphic puzzle than an fmv.
I loved this game when I was younger and we had a Sega Saturn. Great review. You definitely covered everything about it that I would want to tell my friends about. :)
sega saturn vest console ever!!!! u played nights into dreams or christmas nights (it is a special edition)?¿ and enemy zero? and torico (IT IS WOOONDERFUL, well nights too but torico.....)? and neon genesis evangelion games?¿ or panzer dragon ( sure tht ys)?? virtual fighters... sonic R..... all are wooonderful games
@steve5123456789 It is fairly short and it hasn't aged that well. I would only recommend it if you like FMV adventure games, otherwise you should probably check out D-2.
@TheronInc I don't know if I do like these old FMV games, but I like horror games, does it have replay value, would you dream of playing it again, is it a laugh with friends, and beer?
@steve5123456789 There is no "real" replay value aside from it having two endings. I don't think a group of people would have enough patience for it. I'd recommend Enemy Zero which is from the same developer and stars the same heroine if you want a little more suspense. I wanted to review it as well but I haven't found time for it yet.^^
OR if you want more of a Resident Evil clone that's more accessible than these FMV games, check out Deep Fear for the Saturn.
1995, 15 years already eh? wow. I've never played this before, haven't played many saturn games actually, I've played the sequel though and that was great. I'll probably at least try to play this though.

Nights is great, I haven't played it for ages. I'm experiencing problems to get my imported Enemy Zero to run on my modded Saturn, but I'm on it. XD
Either way, any other recommendations you can give me (I want to make a shopping list lol).

You should play Enemy Zero for the Saturn. It was supposed to be a sequel to D, but the idea was discountinued.

Yeah, I know.
I actually bought it a few weeks ago and should receive it shortly.

@TheronInc Is the game worth a buy? 2 hours is pretty pathetic should be a 6 or 5 hour limit, but 2 hours, thats got to be the shortest game ever.

@TheronInc @steve5123456789 there are actually 4 different endings if you count running out of time as one :]

I haven't played much on the Saturn before, either, but I'm slowly getting into it now. =)
D-2 is pretty good, I'll get to that soon (although I need footage first lol, as I didn't capture anything when I played through it a month ago).

Interessant. Ich habe davon noch nie gehört, sieht aber inhaltlich anspruchsvoll aus.

Ja, die D-Serie ist ein ziemlicher Underdog im Vergleich zu anderen Horror-Titeln und daher auch weitgehend unbekannt.
