My paranoia is the result of longstanding problems with people who betray me. I just transfer everything onto the next one that comes along and tries to make me the victim to drive on me. I'm a road out of Hell. I'm going to get one someday. Do not * label people.
I think that's a pretty ordinary paranoia...hehe.....I mean about a week ago I was standing in line at Wal-Mart and thought a guy was standing behind me with a gun pointed at my head....and when I looked behind me there was a cop...but no gun pointed at me. I started thinking I was psychic.
Kristen. what are you doing man? I know full well that you have built a receiving device that intercepts my thoughts and translates them into boring youtube videos. Come on over.......and do the twist. Please Oh Kristen! don't let them take rock-n-roll away from us all!! Remember the words of the great physicist Steven Hawking " HI YA NA WA NA HA WA HA HA NA HI YA YA NA!
I find that the paranoia playes on itself, It can get really bad. If i drank the night before, I know it's bad to mix meds and alcohol, but i do anyway. The next day if I'm paranoid, I'll get really paranoid that I am paranoid, it's hard to explain but it playes off itself, to get rid of the terrible paranoia, i have to get out of crowded places, to be in a place with the fewest amount of people, have a smoke and think to myself, what am i paranoid about and it normally will lessen or go away.
You are very pretty. Don't let anyone bring you down (: Just because some people are moer overweight that others doesn't mean a thing. It's on the inside that counts. And look, we ALL get paranoied at times. Even I do. (: You are VERY pretty by the way. And your shirt reminds me of fruit too!! But it also reminds me of summer and lifeguards. (:
Sometimes the lines get blurred for me between symptoms & subtle reality. For instance, paranoia. Just because one is paranoid about something doesn't mean it's not true on some level or to some degree. I'm glad you called and self-advocated, you worked it out. I think that helps balance perceptions of reality for me - to be reassured it's not all me. Sorry to ramble, I'm so tired. Thanks for sharing your journal. :O)
whew! paranoia sounds like one of the scariest psych symptoms. ah well, don't blame yourself for having a few symptoms - it happens to us all sometimes even with the best of meds =)
kristin you are real cool.you help alot of people with your videos.i wish there was more info ,real info ,on youtube

Reading all the hurtful comments I have lost all faith in humanity. You people should be ashamed of yourselves.

I would have been paranoid too, but you have every right to be paranoid because you had a terrible boss. I know I would have been paranoid too. TFS!

You know, I think it's normal in that situation to feel that way. It's difficult to tell if that was paranoia or a justified feeling. :)
