Ive found this video very interesting and I dont know how I stumbled across it.
I just wana add a few things that i have noticed about myself. Im a shy guy and i normally talk from my throat most of the time when Im around people I dont know. The reason I do this is because its much harder to decipher someones emotions if they speak from their throat. I dont want people to know what im thinking and therefore this is my preferred way to talk around new people. Im also anxious around people too.
