I believe the one in powdered keg is a building close to a river near the middle of the map (look for a square target that's all alone close to the middle, press square hard enough and you'll be able to take a look at the whole area)

you see the bar under the plane's name you have selected? thats a kill meter. once its full for that plane, the next branch of that plane will be unlocked. some planes are solitary and do not have branch planes

You have to buy planes in order to use them. You can buy a total of 4 of one kind of plane because you will never have more than 4 pilots in your squad. To add to that, if you only bought one plane, and you selected it for yourself, no one else can use it unless you pick some other plane.

when you get the hangars for the falken you will hear the message from an AWACS saying "mechanical parts found in destroyed enemy facility. well ask the groung forces to retrieve them later".

Wanna know what's better than the Falken?

The ADFX-01/02 Morgan from Ace Combat Zero. That thing had a burst missile, which was really effective in most missions. That, and it looks a lot better than the ADF Falken in terms of design. Honestly, they should've included it in AC5, but there was probably a plane limit by then that the creators had to mind, and with the wide variety of planes already in the game, it probably wasn't possible at the moment to implement the Morgan.

Its all about the MiG-31 for me. It's speed is unmatched by any other aircraft in the game even faster than the Falken. It may not be as manueverable but in the case that a Falken were on my tail, I just hit the afterburners and you can kiss my tail goodbye.

So does the F-117, but it does fine. The spots are cameras feeding an enclosed cockpit. Just a little sci-fi, but similiar things have been played with by the military, so it isn't too far-fetched.
