Billions of pounds are spent, informational departments created but all of this is smoke and mirrors. Long time appointments are cancelled at the last minute...sick people are left waiting for diagnosis and even die waiting......Just keep talking, pay yourselves grotesque amounts of public money.....the sick will fade away but others will remember.

The NHS can't compete with any health care system in Western Europe. Why does it need that much marketing?
