I haven't seen this movie but I've seen alot of clips and music videos and is without a doubt my favourite movie of the year. I'm a huge xmen fan and haven't been to movies at all due to my anxiety disorder but after this video I think I will push myself to go see it in theatres before it's gone.

Its crazy how those words rage and serenity make sense. Anger is useful if its used with sence. If there is overdose of anger, it distracts the focus and makes people say and do things they wouldnt if they were themselves. If you can bring your state of mind to serenity, you do have a powerful point of focus. This mindset is incredible once mastered. There should be more of this stuff in media of all kinds.
