  • I like to do a light work out when I'm sick. Maybe stair masters for 10 minutes or cross trainer for 20 minutes.. then hot sauna or steam room for 20-30 minutes. =] Anyways, get better!

  • Thank you for making this video... it is a good question but would love to know the science behind why. I always get worse when I'm sick and work out... but was curious as to why. Hope you feel better
