Why the hell would they cut this out, it is a far better ending in my opinion, and is way more conclusive! I don't think any fan of the movie would really care if its a little slow-paced.

Takashi Miike's work is a masterpiece in psychological horror. It's a fright you want to experience repeatedly. Also, love his vocal technique for Kayako! (I came close to replicating it once. Getting it right is harder than I thought. LOL)

I feel sorry for Kayako, Rika, and Toshio for dying in agony by Takeo. He shouldn't have snapped her neck and drowned his son. Takeo is one of the greatest Japanese killers ever.

I LOVE how Takashi Shimizu talks, it's so relaxing lol =) And he does the throat sound perfectly.

The scene at 3:46 is from Ju On: The Grudge 2 =) And I love that he mentiones Kairo, that movie is amazing.

I think the new actress would have been fine if it wasn't for how wide she kept opening her mouth!!! lol. Takako Fuji (the original actress) never opened her mouth like that...

If Takashi Shimizu had gone through with his plan and directed it, basing it off Ju-On: The Grudge 2, she would have played Kayako, and an actuall little Japanese boy would've played Toshio lol...oh well. They did a decent job I think. Except for that new Toshio. God damn he was so terrible...

That was the whole reason Shimizu changed the actor for Toshio in The Grudge 2 because the original actor had gotten to old and it didn't make sense for a ghost to age....lol
