The 'blue circle' is actually the shield proc put on players from the legendary healing mace, Val'anyr. The two flashing icons are part of an addon called Power Auras.

dps is slacking. 4k should be you lowest. and i helps to if people don't die. don't listen to don. 10k you would down him in before a whirlwind.

@reemontel Ranged should always be DPSing him while he's WWing. Melee should never DPS him during his WW, just because of the fact that they need to be in range of him. Which in turn leads to aggro, and which also causes Saber Lash. It is shared with that person and the DPS. Whoever is in front of the boss when he comes back from his WW and gets that Saber Lash, you'll be one shotted. If you have DK's, it's always best to pop AoD in the beginning. Since they don't taught raid bosses.
