Chansey can use heal with QCB Z+X, QCB X+Y, or QCB Y+Z. She can also use her giant egg drop with QCF Z+X, QCF X+Y, or QCF Y+Z.

At least, that's what I found out from checking out her command file.

Groudon...... Make sure you look at him CAREFULLY while making his sprites, and make him comboable, like Blaziken. Other than that, make sure Chaos has alot of sprites so he feels fluid. And don't make him like his Sonic Battle incarnation........ -_-;

I think you should have fought Ghastly instead of Pikachu, he is even worse than pikachu. (Much.) And I also think the kanto starters are worse than weepenbell. For one, they are not able to get up.
