  • Your NOT Hitting the Piriformis with this stretch! Getting More the Glute Max (even then have to take to OPPOSITE Chest or shoulder)

  • I agree with JDCC even though its is the right idea its not hitting the piriformis, if u pull the foot more towards you it wuld, u are mostly stretching gluteus muscles

  • Low volume!!
