Much respect. I've been looking for someone all natural, with an advanced knowledge and results. I'll subscribe for sure. I also like that you do not advocate using belts except for very heavy sets. In short, I think your philosophy results in REAL power. Not the fake power resulting from juicing and depending too much on crutches. I also admire your personality. To have the results you do yet remain nice and down to earth is commendable. Many guys with results like yours appear arrogant.

by the way inferno, theres always people that don't respond to certain supplements. People respond differently to different nutriests or supps. Everyone is different, this is proven by people being allergic to stuff.
I understand in powerlifting you "train" the forearms as secondary muscles in some of the lifts, but I think im the only one on my team that actually trains them seperately, I just like the look of ripped veiny forearms :p. But that looks good ive done farmers walk with two kettlebells, didnt think of getting the abs in with it by only doing one handed, ill try it out.
Your arms are looking super huge these days! I like the way you bring in all these extra innovative ways to round out the workout. I counted 60 + steps each way...quite a haul with 97lbs in one hand!

got to eat carbs too, and yes, nitric do work, but do not take them all the time. once finished, stay off for the same amount of time
