  • WOW that was informative!

  • I would not be suprised the day I click one of these village vids for an automotive "how to" & get instruction on changing a Swiffer pad..

  • except sleeves only work for cracked blocks where the crack hasnt expanded all the way up and down the cylinder wall

also to 03030303 its common to mistake a cracked block for a cracked head because theres no way to tell until you take it apart

  • Hi, I'm Doug. I have my hands in my pockets so I can keep playing with my self when the other 20 great guys, errr, gays, I work with aren't doing it for me. My butt plug that I have sewn into my underwear is not in deep enough. I am a 2 minute video whore who puts out useless videos for AmateurVillage.

  • Indeed they offer only a tip but never the solution in one vid.

    So I can agree absolutely

    1 stares/bored insufficient material.

  • ExpertVillage...Your the biggest spammer on youtube...every video you post is less then 2 minutes and always incomplete...i will never subscribe to ya...your here on youtube to promote your website at youtubes expense...i hope you get kicked off youtube...Ed.

  • i wonder why they did not put bubble gum on the crack and put it back together and then make 32 2 min videos about it

  • JB WELD!

  • bluesha' .. get an old beat up toyota w/ a 4 cyl engine .. I first realized I could become skilled mechanic when i set eyes on the 22re engine. Knowing nothing about auto repair, it looked like it was missing tons of parts (after owning cars w/ the engine compartment so packed you can't fit a matchstick) but it was complete. They're just that simple! I dont know what every little thing does in an engine but i can follow directions and every manuel you could need is at the library.

  • I want to be a mechanic and im not that skilled im beginner ive read books and im going to get an engine to work on but are you saying that this is easy what book s did you get anyway on these vehicles it would be appreciated if you tell me

  • stupid ford lol !!!!

  • Hell FUCKING yeah!

  • bore it out and install an cylinder sleeve

  • Sneak in to the local junkyard and take things apart.

  • JB weld will fix that

  • rubbing compound...LOL.. itll buff out

  • lmao

  • x2

swear as if your gonna become a tech through youtube

    go to school for it

  • x3

well i started just by fixing things that were worn down or basic maintenance, since then ive acquired a 77' and did my first engine pull and am rebuilding as we speak~nothing like hands on experience~

As for our buddy blueshadow64 all i have to say is

    TRIPLE PWNED!

  • Sounds like sombody went to school. I feel bad for people who watched this.

  • Trash the 351w and bring in the 460... it worked for me with a few goodies from Ford Power Parts in Santa Fe Springs, California. Car now has over 600 bhp.

  • ok but the title says "How to Diagnose and Repair a Cracked Cylinder Head : Cracked Cylinder Repair: The Engine Block"

I did not see where you went over how to do either. Did I miss something?

  • No, you didn't. It is common knowledge that expertvillage videos are buillshit lol

  • actually some ppl dont know EVERYTHING

  • Yeah, because Ford never made 2 blocks the same?! Whats so special about that block? By the looks of the roller valve train it seems like a late model Windsor that are still pretty much a dime a dozen. I would understand going through the trouble of sleeving it if your dealing with a Boss 429 or a 427 side oiler. But a Windsor? Buy a block in a box from Ford, transfer the parts over, and call it a day!

  • From an informed and unexperienced observer(me): just looking at the distance between the cylinder walls there doesn't seem to be enough room to bore out the cylinders enough to fit a sleeve in of much thickness...is this a problem? obviously not but could you explain? Thanks.

  • I meant an "uninformed" and "inexperienced" observer...

  • it doesnt need to be bored out and sleeved to the same displacemant.

with this situation the displacement will probably decrease a bit with the sleeve.

  • Thanks, i guess that means all cylinders will be fitted with the same sleeve dimensions?

  • yes. the existing cylinders may be bored a bit just to fit the sleeves. but all the cylinders will be a bit smaller. Requiring smaller pistons.

  • Skip the intro: 00:10

  • haha thanks

  • ha ha thumbs up

  • yea man i know lol i was kidding

  • should have gotten a chevy
