I think that the 2012 Tacoma looks bad ass! Install a bull bar, side step, and have a hood scoop. I also prefer this truck because it's got the perfect ride for me when I test driven it last week. Ok, something is missing at the front end of this beautiful truck toyota made. First of all, the 2011 tacoma is filled up at the bumper area, the 2012 tacomas have a chrome piece at the front end but then at the bumper area it's black. It would look better with a chrome bull bar to fill that right up
This Tacoma, I think, looks better than last years model, especially the front. The fog lights look better than last years model because of the black design around it. I love it because it has a locking differential and bluetooth. if you were going to get an off road package, better run it on dirt road it won't feel as smooth as the pavement roads as the sr5. good move, tacoma. But that color looks bad.

@onionman113 Typical biased and uniformed response from a blind-judging Toyota hater. Have you watched many videos of Toyota trucks off road? Aparantly not. Next to Jeeps, they are the most common platforms for building up into trail rigs/crawlers. For a good reason -- because they are tough as nails and can take a beating out on the trail. Try searching "Toyota SAS crawler" and see how many videos come up. You don't see nearly as many Fords, Chevys, or Dodges doing what Yotas do on the trails.
@mushaddiv You can always get aftermarket leather seats like Katzkin for around $1400, which is probably less expensive than Toyota would charge if they had it as an option. Plus, with Katzkin seats you can customize the color, stitching, embroidery, etc. exactly how you want it and make it one of a kind. I have Katzkin two tone leather interior in my Tacoma and it looks amazing. There's no advantage for factory leather as an option other than that it's slightly more convenient.
