@swordjones Know this is a little late to respond, but I didn't see any real responses to your request. Screenpacks are the one thing that really doesn't work with RC Mugen. I recently ran into the same problem. Open up the data folder, then open the big folder, then open system.def., then look for [Select Info]. Change those numbers around so you can have more character slots. I've squeezed 480 characters out of it so far. Just mess around with the numbers. It should make sense.
