In a way it is the peoples fault, they allow the leaders do what ever they please, nobody really does anything about the stuff they do, they keep increasing taxes to keep us busy and not involved in what they are doing. @fenhrir Yes. Legally it's called "laches." It means if you don't learn your rights, which means learning the law, and act on those rights, you are considered to have surrendered your rights.
For example, on the IRS form 1040, it says right across the top that it is for federal employees. If you do not learn how to refute that claim and then do so, you are considered a federal employee.
