  • thats awesome, I can only do 1 rep with that weight. That is probably the most painful exercise. It's one of those exercises that when I do them I start to question myself as to why am I putting myself through such pain. lol

  • Strong balance there. I guess you don't need a spotter for Overheads?

  • Not so much. I can more or less control this weight down when I lose control of it. As it gets heavier and I lose balance I'll just drop the damn thing. =)
