i'm so surprised at that comment above about not dancing. what is worship but our hearts minds and souls reaching out to the Lord who has given us eternal salvation. If that DOESN'T make you want to jump out of your seat and worship him in WHATEVER way you possibly can, then I implore you to keep seeking Him. It may not be everyone's cup of tea but it's definitely not wrong or sinful, on the contrary Pslam 149:3 among other verses of the Bible tell us that it is good to worship Him in this way!
