if you tell me this one is an imperial i would feel inclined to believe it... i tweaked all the races more than enough times to know what every race features are capable of, this is korean hair and flonne eyes (all included in 2ch beautiful people plus plus mod), i could make this character in an high elf if i feel like... (just get rid of the gaunt of the face) would be easier on imperial, but if you feel like smoother skin, you might want to try with the "Human" race

It is difficult to make good faces with the character customization, i always get lost with the sliders and whenever i find something i always ruin it by trying to tweek it even more, You must have a good understanding of the faces parts and dimentions to make such a face. I hope they still use this kind of character customization in tes5, maybe making it a little easyer for us noobs to make good faces without ruining the advanced capabilities that is in tes4.

major upgrade from the oblivion's normal who even screwed up their neck and wrists very badly i would say that the only things that need work are to make the hair flow and the ears look more attached to the head but other than that i think it looks great besides the hair style choice is much better than oblivions choices
