Why does it take like 7,000 minutes to upload a file of 400 MB? How do I break the file down to 100 MB size? Is it because of my ISP that it takes SO long to upload the file, or is it because the file is not broken down to the 10 minute/100 MB size?

Can anyone help me with uploading some videos? I have uploaded 3 from COD 6, a nuke I got and just 2 other vids of gameplay, but my problem is, I can't seem to change some of the "file names". I can change the "title" of my vid, but not the file name, when I do, it won't let me upload it, just says there is an error and because of this, only my friends can see my vids because if you search they don't show up cause the file name is always "produce.mpg". So if you search for COD6 it wont comeup
