the plasma cutter is a deadly weapon once fully upgraded. but 4 now, try 2 shoot at the arms. when u upgrade it a good bit then u can shoot those things anywhere and it's a near instant kill.

@greatwhitefang You don't originally want to shoot the arms, I go for legs so they go slower, and then you shoot the arms. Because for them, one leg is useless.

I think that if you press....I think it's L2 or R2, you can switch from the blue lines being up to down, to side to side! Much better for arms....so.....aim for the legs, switch, shoot the arms!

I feel so bad for you especially since you never really play horror games. I love them, they are my favorite genre, but even this game was too much. Point blank, the scariest game ever. Use the plasma cutter to cut of thair limbs. Use R2 to change the way to shoot, I think thats very important on Hard, I just played normal...So, if u wanna cut of a leg thats vertical,u have to shoot horizontal,and a arm that is hoizontal,shoot vertical...

And dont shoot on the body,or cut of the head, its just a waste of bullets.I even did hear that cuttin of thair head could make that monsters mutate into even worse things,but I think that happents later in the game,Im not so far in the game
