Yup, it's true. He just did it cuz he needed the money in the first place, and then he started getting offers to make movies, but he had a contract, so he had to stay. He didn't like playing the same character for so long.

Yes, foreverrandeverr, it was originally written for him, but he didn't want to do it so they changes the script so Booker could do it instead :)

I never heard that word before, but they mention it in season 5, and I think it's got something to do with drugs, but I'm not sure.

It's short for 'Narcotics Officer', it means an undercover cop who makes drug busts.

Narc means tattletale, but it comes from 'narcs' (narcotics officers) snitching on people while working undercover. That's the origin of the word, and why it means informer 'especially a police one.' Like Booker in this episode!
