@missygee93 Yes the show has gone down the crapper. I mean from the first biggest loser weighing more now then before the show, to Erik to now her. I have evern heard that some people are gaining weight to be on show now. It has become crazy. Very dissappointed here with her.
I have a magic pill. A 20 ounce steak.
To lose weight you need to want to weigh less and be healthier more than you want to stuff your face.
The show is stupid - it is not pracitical to work out 6 hours per day. When you go back to your "life" not many can continue that much exersize.
