One of the better Funimation trailers and dubs. This will be a good excuse to re-watch the show :D

And to all the neigh-sayers: this season is much better than the first. They've removed the filler and the plot flows much better (even if it doesn't entirely make sense at times). Just make sure you watch the OVAs first.

i thought this second season was way better than the 1st. maybe because i hated amber and liked the way they developed suou and july. first season had too much filler and i also liked hei's new asshole-war-vet type personality. it wouldn't make sense if he was the same nice guy after-spoiler- his friends were killed and yin was taken away. the ova for this was INCREDIBLE and the music was just as epic (favorite ost ever!). must buy this.

i liked the idea of the second season how hei is trying to get yin back, but i didn't like the fact that they pretty much just dropped the entire psychological thriller, and into a simple action anime, the first season you kinda had to think, the second was like look hei is killing shit again. I liked it, but it was an entirely different show. i feel the second season was the OVA, and the actual OVA should have been the second season, if that makes sense. XD just my opinions :)

Season 1 was AMAZING, tied off the important treads while leaving an open future. The 2nd season left nothing but questions and was difficult to follow without seeing the admittedly stellar OVA. The biggest mistake was to make Hei a side character in favor of the lolita Suou. She was not a fun character to follow, a typical angsty teen associated with stereotypical anime. It's cool to give a "Robin" to Hei's "Batman" but they could have done better than a character meant to sell merchandise.

I do have to admit that the 2nd season ending was very disappointing but the OVAs are good and it leaves it open for a third season.
