I'm trying to remember what part of the game this song is from... I think it's either the battle against Shogun or Yokozuna in Asian Town...

Yeah you're right but I did a quik play through and thiw song is also on Yokozuna's stage (which really couldnt be counted as a stage)

MAD WORLD plays when you fight Shogun, this plays when you fight Yokozuna. This also plays in the Kojack battle and I think that it also plays in the Martin fight.
