  • love your work . .. you are a star, your arguments are awesome . . . . and I agree with the comments I think that WikiLeaks will cause governments to look at freedom of speech laws and maker it tougher for people to speak up . . . they will tighten laws so that they can control the internet more via censorship . . .if that happens I pray that the citizens of those countries stand up and make themselves heard and tell them to stick it ;-)

  • "Isn't there some need for secrecy? Would you want wikileaks to release your credit card numbers?" - Bullshit!!!

Better: "Would you want to become public as a murderer or even a monster?"/

"Do you want to know, that journalists were killed by murderer?"

Yesh, i know, the war is neccessary, to bring peace and democracy - with thousand of killed soldiers... but there are still intelligent citizen which prefer the truth about war, instead of the secrecy of something you wanna believe it's right.

  • Just name one piece of classified info. Just one. I'll go away if you can.

  • @IranContraScumDid911 Don't you fucking get what the info is? It is diplomatic cables. Just because it isn't the secret paperwork of the illuminati or whatever the hell schizophrenics like you are looking for, doesn't make it less valid. Yeah, it isn't top secret stuff, but it is classified. It is fucking evidence that normally someone might spend years trying to get through FOIA. Goddamn you're dumb. I'm glad you're just some unimportant fake historian and not someone's lawyer. Jesus Christ.

  • This "Americansforchange" guy is a full on troll! You have not been able to name one thing that was "classified" that we did not already know, thus wikileaks is wikifake. Just name one classified piece of information, you can't. I can name plenty of false diversionary crap from wikileaks. If your stupid and have a 40IQ, plus did not pay attention to the events going on around you for the past 20 years, the cult personality of assange would be something for you. Who cares if it is factual right?

  • @IranContraScumDid911 You are so full of shit. You think you're really smart. No wonder you can't "solve" 9/11. You don't know the difference between thinking you know something and having actual evidence. You're a pathetic small minded idiot. Or I'm getting massively trolled.

  • @AmericansForChange Read a history book and pay attention. Your a TROLL!

  • @IranContraScumDid911 No. You're a troll. Good luck with your investigation you massive douchebag. Please let me know when you've pinned 9/11 on the Iran Contra scum. We also eagerly await your solving of the JFK assassination, and the mysterious death of 19th Century President Zachary Taylor. Meanwhile, the rest of us will be engaged with the current, actual world. Be sure to use pen when writing on your history book on scraps of paper and gum wrappers. I'm sure you make your family proud.

  • @AmericansForChange You are chasing me around videos commenting in response to what I have to say, not coming up with your own material. That is a TROLL! If DNA and a confession were given to you, you would not believe or even want to believe. You are wasting my time.

  • Agreed in full. This video is an excellent debunking of the fallacies that one often hears cavalierly thrown out in "mainstream" media circles. Much more exposure for it is in order.

  • excellently explained, well done good sir.

  • Is there anything damning one Clinton-Bush-Obama official? Assange: the 9/11 story is correct. Afghan Logs: Bin Laden is in Pakistan planning new attacks on western targets, as Obama is increasing illegal drone attacks, the Nobel Peace Prize president. Assange Iraq Logs: Saddam had WMDs, which further validates Bush's illegal war based on that lie. CNN & FOX hype release, Pentagon DADT (Manning gay) - Lieberman Internet killswitch (Visa Hackers?) Where is the rest he threatened to release? FAKE

  • @IranContraScumDid911 - Every single one of your claims about each leak is wrong. You can't dismiss the truth because it doesn't fit with what you were hoping for. You're waiting for some holy grail that doesn't fucking exist man.

Wake up. Real shit is going on. Real people are fighting for real things. And you show up with your boatload of bullshit and scream "FAKE"!

So, they couldn't pull off an Iran Contra, but they were able to do 9/11 and cover it up completely? Cool story, bro.

  • @AmericansForChange

completely agree about the frustration, shows how easily manipulated even people of the "truth movement" can be... not saying generally are, but they see a few shady authority figures make some vast speculative allegations, and they instantly become Templars on a crusade against wikileaks.

i've decided to use the sneakier tactics, mixed with humor & simple genuine explanation.. you have the best simple to understand 'debunking' of the hysteria i've heard. will mirror. thx.

  • @AmericansForChange I am not waiting for anything. I am a historian and can easily name 500 scandals and actual crimes that have happened that would be in Assanges 2010 dumps, that are not mentioned. Please enlighten me on your favorite dump and the damage it has done, because I have downloaded everything released in 2010 and reviewed them with several of my friends, just to be sure. The coincidence of the timing with certain key events, is also impossible. Sorry, I like what they stand for, but

  • @IranContraScumDid911 CIA Red Cell document timed with Jihad Jane and David Headley, that confirms that American citizens are a potential terror threat to the rest of the world ...... well the DHS can solve that, just what they needed a pretext. PLEASE, anybody here, provide ONE (1) just one piece of classified information Assange has released that was not already WELL KNOWN. I am asking you to prove me incorrect, with facts, not with emotions.

  • @IranContraScumDid911 The document "dump", as you wrongly call it, is itself very damaging to US interests. If this is a CIA op, it is the equivalent of cutting off your nose to spite your face. Large organizations do not go around making themselves look bad.

You could never fake this amount of material. A computer couldn't spit out the Iraq War logs.

I think one of the most damning leaks is the one of DynCorp child sex slavery. Did you have evidence of that before?

  • @AmericansForChange yes, the story is old.

  • @AmericansForChange yes, the story is old. The dumps as served very specific purposes, and worked well. Where are those real damning dumps he threatened to release? It is a marketed show, hyped by CNN and FOX more than Harry Potter. There are real documents like death counts tied in with huge whoppers like incorrect intel on the CIA Yemen Houthi war 2009. A trojan horse with just enough released to get YOUR support, while they confirm Bin Laden and WMDs. Pay more attention to events and not FOX

  • @IranContraScumDid911 You don't know what you're talking about at all. This is all US shit. What do you expect it to say, anti-US stuff? Again, you're hoping for some magic thing to come along and reveal the world to everyone. Well, it doesn't exist. You have to use what you've got. People like you like to bitch and moan, but couldn't organize anything to accomplish a goal, get people on the streets, or anything. You're just complainers and contrarians.

  • @IranContraScumDid911 Haha. I've been accused of many many things, but being a Fox News junkie is not one of them. Can you please provide a link for the WMD stuff? Thanks.

  • @AmericansForChange You mean you have not reviewed the Iraq War logs yourself, but are standing for the cult of personality because he is neat to you? I understand, I could tell you did not even know what was IN the dumps ..... besides what FOX, CNN, Der Spiegel, and the Guardian told you. I feel the same as you do about the issues, I am telling you this is a trojan horse curveball. Because you do not know what to look for, it is exciting to you.

  • Oct 25. NY Post. The massive cache of almost 400,000 Iraq war documents released by the WikiLeaks Web site revealed that small amounts of chemical weapons were found in Iraq and continued to surface for years after the 2003 US invasion ....

The documents showed that US troops continued to find chemical weapons and labs for years after the invasion, including remnants of Saddam Hussein's chemical weapons arsenal -- most of which had been destroyed following the Gulf War. Fallujah, Mobile Lab

  • @IranContraScumDid911 So let me get this straight. You're saying II watch too much FOX News, then you quote the NY Post, owned by Rupert Murdoch and Fox? Give me a break.

Get with the fucking zeitgeist a little bit you uber-contrarian. Everyone knows there were no WMD. No article in a FOX News subsidiary is going to change people's minds.

All that matters is that these leaks, whatever they are, proves there is dissent within the ranks. This is an great moment, and you piss on it.

  • @IranContraScumDid911 Don't give me the I'm naive bullshit. You're the one who is confused by what is actually going on because you're trying to write history, not make it. You've got the small minded outlook and you're missing the big picture. You keep your head buried, parsing the output of conventional conservative American bureaucrats, and we'll keep our focus on the way the big issue of the leak empowers the public to take on the elite.

Hope you do better than you did with 9/11.

  • @AmericansForChange Where are the releases he said had with even more damning stuff he was going to dump with 250 digit keycodes if he went to jail for rape? Is that how you release the truth? Paypal accounts are for making money, not releasing the truth. Wikileaks costs $100 a month as a website to maintain, Assange has made millions. I will PM you 1000 events that are classified if you need help checking for validity of the "Log Dump". Hillary likes shakes, that is your classified dump

  • @IranContraScumDid911 Just on the costs issue, they don't have a GoDaddy account, okay? It costs quite a bit of money to host a site at multiple hosts that eats a large amount of bandwidth with people who won't cave to pressure (as Amazon did). So, not $100 a month. Probably more like $10,000.

Assange is also working for the long term. Wikileaks isn't meant to be a flash in the pan. It is meant to exist well into the future. A large organization (which it is) needs money to operate.

  • @IranContraScumDid911 LOL. That's supposed to be some kind of rejoinder? Well, you've won this debate sir. You're a regular Abraham Lincoln.

  • @AmericansForChange Your the expert, tell me about Wikileaks and the 2009 secret CIA Houthi rebellion Iran-Saudi proxy war. It's in there ..... and I can prove it is all a lie.

  • @IranContraScumDid911 What are you expecting out of the leak of American documents? Confirmation of the anti-US point of view? That's is the point - these documents are full of lies and evidence of double dealing. What were you expecting?

Again - the fact of the leak itself is what is important here. The US elite tripping all over themselves, the FBI looking like the KGB, the coming internet suppression and the rebellion against that. That is the point here. Look at the forest, not the trees.

  • @AmericansForChange No, I am expecting accurate historical fact. Your a troll, anybody that subs to your page is lost because they are getting info from you. Read a book.

  • @IranContraScumDid911 And you are a failure with a failed perspective. You stay home and parse the details. We are moving now.

We're waist deep in Iraqi/Afghani blood, but you need more facts. You're just a small minded contrarian who is so excited to feel like you know something others don't. You're proud of your own narrow mind and tunnel vision. It is extraordinary.

So, can we go fight the next battle, or should we all wait to act until you've figured out who killed JFK?

  • @AmericansForChange Why are you waist deep in Iraqi/Afghani blood? Because of 9/11. Good job saving all those lives and demanding truth and justice. You really think a crime like 9/11 can go unsolved without long term lasting consequences? Everything in your stupid Wikileaks fakery is directly related to 9/11. You better get right, you F^%$#($ traitor. This is about my kids and my country. Americansforchange? Your a troll.

  • @IranContraScumDid911 You're calling me a traitor? Where the fuck is your goddamn evidence after all these years? Huh? You've had ten years to solve what would be the most obvious and massive crime of the century, and you have no convincing evidence for it. This shit is not about your kids or "your" country, you fuck. This is about a) your own personal sickness or b) your utter failure to prove or convince anyone. "My country". Go to hell with your time-wasting JFK part 2 quest.

  • @IranContraScumDid911 You know how shit gets accomplished, right? How did Al Capone get taken out? Not because of his murders, but because of something that could be proven. This is what you don't have. You're like a punched drunk boxer, still thinking about round one when your getting hammered in round three. Get a grip, wake up, stop ignoring everything that doesn't fit with your simple holy grail view of the world and start fighting the upcoming battle. "My kids" fuuuuuck you.

  • Brilliant!

  • Great work, excellent arguments.. another argument is to measure what outcomes result from certain events. over the last decade we have seen sweeping changes. wikileaks has shone a light on some of the end effects of these changes. However, my fear is now that it is almost predictable that Gov will use wikileaks to radically change free speech laws as well as bring about control of the net via censorship and the end of net neutrality.

  • @Bretski30 Ah, this was the part of the video I left out:

Argument #3: "Wikileaks actions will cause governments to be more closed, not more open."

This argument is valid in the sense that yes, some governments may choose to become more secretive. But this argument, wrongly, seems to assume that governments can go ahead and become more secretive and it will not harm them. This is not the case. This is actually key to the entire process Wikileaks hopes, as I understand it, to set into motion.

  • @Bretski30 there's more, basically that says they can do stuff like that, but they risk backlash. "To go back to the tank analogy, you can put more armor on the tank, but that simply means less room for ammunition, slower speeds, and that it uses more fuel. The choice between being conspiratorial and being honest is now a cost and a trade off that governments will have to weigh."

  • @Bretski30 But yes, I agree with you that governments are likely to clampdown. If they go that route, I sure hope that populations show their displeasure.

  • @AmericansForChange

Cheers, great tank analogy. I hope so too. That's why i think it's critical to get the message out as much as possible with video's like yours. Keep up the great work. Shared and favored.

  • Beautifull, this is exact in it form and function, Assange should have used something like this from the beginning, genius.

  • Great job! Excellent arguments!

  • i think this kind of practice to publish horrific acts must continue! if it's not Julian Assange it will be someone else! thanks to the internet and those brave former soldiers, financiers...etc. to keep feeding information to wikileaks to expose the cover ups and the bias news media channels! if they did their job properly, wikileaks would have no reason to exist!!! but keep informing us... thanks ;]

  • Thanks for the vid! The media will not be kind, because he's doing their job. With luck a new generation of Journalists will evolve, rather than the AP regurgitation we have today. All Power!

  • Assange will probably go to prison. Wikileaks' stuff fled from the megalomanic dictator. Hence, no new stuff ever will be published. Assange himself manages to publish 25 cables/day - so he is kept busy for the next 27 years. Whistleblowers are annoyed due to the huge backlog.

  • Great video. MIRRORED!
