great footage! love the minardi parked on the outside of turn 1/2 - did they move it in the end?!?! also love seeing alesi mixing it at the front in a car that shouldn't have belonged there :)
at 1:09 is that correct what im hearing? Is the commentator saying "defending champ" referring to Boutsen? Boutsen was never F1 champion, although that would have been cool.
it's great that people post these old F1 races for those formula one fans (like myself) that are too young to have seen these races, it's nice to watch these races to learn the evolution from today's machines and drivers.
its nice to have full grand prix again on youtube....i ove rewatching thoses races that i saw a long time a go....i grew up right next to the track in montreal as well so he sound of all the f-1 engines was like sweet music trough my ears........i am glad we will get our grand prix back next sason......
@AmateurRecords I´m from Mexico I was in Montreal 2 years ago (not for the race ufortunately) but visit the circuit. Very nice place and Montreal is a lovely city, I really liked it. One of the best in Northamerica.

On that time we had real drivers racing. Nowadays is more about a team formed by driver, technology, aerodynamics and engineers.

you gotta love when race commentary isn't louder than the engines. I can ignore the talking and just listen to the revs.
