I know that, and I'm a farmer, and I can tell you of 2 Engines which have blown, because people kept on revving it flat out just to tip a trailer. Sure they can take some punishment, but you still have to be careful with the engine to keep it for a long long time reliable and running

Its a tractor, they are designed to take this sort of punishment. When working in the fields, the engine goes from idle to max every 20 minutes.
