i really really really really wanna try this, but im not aloud to download anything, so i cant get the book, and im not aloud to pay online, is it worth it, and do they have the book in stores like walmart? and is the diet hard to follow, cause im like a huge sweet tooth, and thats my biggest prollem.

This diet really works man and I m real proof......the secret is simple eating right foods in right amount at right time and the book gives best advice and great weight loss plans....follow them and u r sure to lose ....guaranteed if u stick to it and its a diet that allows u to eat so it is really easy to stick to !!
