arigatooooooooo.....strong but stiff -and a bit slow 2. but i guess that is how u do it in shotokan style. does not work in the street againts 3 tough opponents....they woul hit you if speed this slow. sumimasen..

I just graded to yellow belt, i double graded so i need to learn it before learning heian sandan :)
