Chibi Chibi appeared in eppy 182 which is in the second half of the Stars Arc. She actually has to different reasons for being depending on the medium anime or manga. In the anime is is Sailor Galaxia's starseed that she send to Earth. In the manga she is the ultimate form of Sailor Moon, Sailor Cosmos.

This was awesome. Yeah I never liked the Japanese shows because they were, well. I'll put it this way, odd and different. I enjoy the dubbed ones, but this was a great video for sailor moon. I loved the intro. I would love that someone make a video with the intro that you used.
